Hi Mira, as I replied to Nenad above, the terminology around consent/consensus decision-making is a mess. I wish we could just toss it all out and start over with distinctive names for everything! Are you thinking about ‘consensus’ in terms of ‘unanimity’? That’s a misconception I run into a lot when discussing decision protocols. From what I can read on Sociocratic decision-making, it seems to follow what I know as “consensus”, meaning proposals go ahead as long as there are no blocks (objections).
