An invitation: you can go one step further by looking at the interactions of power dynamics in our wider society (and inner psychology) with these organizational power dynamics. Intersections with race, class, gender, communication style, bias, etc, influence how different people can effect integrative power, and who gets to be a leader (and therefore overall human leadership capacity). Our work in organizations is connected to prefiguring changes in society, and ultimately with the larger project of human liberation.
